Emond and Team Red Bull win at Suzuka and lock up the 2009 F2 Frand Championship. Congrats to Paul on an awesome series. Not back for a stockcar driver! Toro Roso's Birdsong and McLaren driver Zerg shared the podium. Gret job guys. The series heads to the finale at Brazil with 1st place locked but there is a tie for 2nd place between McLaren abd Renault. McLaren drivers Zerg is the favorite but both will share the championship podium it's just a matter of the order. This has been a great series and I'd like to thank all who have participated. See you all at Sao Paulo!

Formula 2 Series Specific Rules 1. Two tires on the pavement at all times. Corner cutting or using the over runs are prohibated. 2. The only view is forced cockpit. It really is the best way to drive these cars. 3. Drivers are encouraged  to use launch control on all race starts 4. Setups are shared. This means drivers and teams are required to share race setups within 15 min. of qualifying. Don't share in time can't qualify. Call it out on TS! 5.Setup audits will be done after races. Failing audits will result in loss of series points. -10 6. The series will use a "parcfarme" qualifying format. There will be an open 10 minute qualifying session.  Drivers will restricted from changing setup from qualifying to race.This will set the starting order for each event. 7. Drivers missing 3 races in a row will be removed from the roster. 8. Races will use 2x fuel and tires to increase pit stategy.
